Role Description

You will own Zoomies entire paid growth engine — across D2C, E-Commerce, and Quick Commerce. We are looking for someone who has been in the trenches of all three: scaling Meta and Google for D2C, managing sponsored listings on Amazon and Flipkart, and driving visibility on Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart. If you breathe ROAS, think in funnels, and know how to make a brand impossible to miss across every digital shelf — this is your role.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Own and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and Q-Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart) — end-to-end.
  • Drive D2C growth through full-funnel Meta and Google campaigns — from top-of-funnel awareness to retargeting and conversion.
  • Manage E-Commerce sponsored listings, search ads, brand stores, and deal activations on Amazon and Flipkart to maximise share of search and sales rank.
  • Execute Q-Commerce platform advertising — sponsored placements, banner ads, and promotional campaigns on Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart.
  • Monitor and optimise key metrics across all channels — ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPM, LTV, share of search, ranking, and sell-through rates.
  • Manage and allocate monthly ad budgets across platforms with clear ROI accountability — no budget goes unaccounted for.
  • Build and run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, copy, and landing pages continuously across D2C channels.
  • Set up and maintain pixel tracking, UTM frameworks, and attribution models; work with the tech team on conversion optimisation.
  • Coordinate with the ops team to align campaign timings with inventory availability across all platforms.
  • Publish weekly performance reports across all channels with clear insights, variance analysis, and recommended

Must Have Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience — mandatory exposure to all three: D2C (Meta/Google), E-Commerce (Amazon/Flipkart Ads), and Q-Commerce (Blinkit/Zepto/Instamart).
  • Proven track record of profitably scaling paid campaigns across multiple platforms simultaneously — not just one channel.
  • Strong understanding of E-Commerce advertising mechanics — sponsored products, brand store optimisation, A+ content impact on conversion, and search rank dynamics.
  • Deep knowledge of Q-Commerce platform dynamics — ranking algorithms, dark store inventory impact, and hyperlocal targeting.
  • Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Amazon Ads Console, and analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio).
  • Strong data literacy — you can slice multi-platform dashboards, reconcile attribution gaps, and build a clear story from noisy data.
  • Startup mindset — high ownership, fast execution, and comfort with building systems from scratch.

Good to Have

  • Experience launching a new D2C brand across all three channel types from zero.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing, affiliate programmes, and hyperlocal promotional campaigns.
  • Knowledge of Shopify analytics, storefront integrations, and landing page optimisation tools.
  • Prior experience in pet care, FMCG, health, or wellness categories.
