Role & Responsibilities
About the Role:
We're seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketer to lead our paid acquisition efforts across platforms. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing ad campaigns to drive growth, revenue, and ROI for our D2C brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive growth for assigned product categories, taking end-to-end accountability for performance
- Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other relevant channels
- Monitor and optimize campaigns for CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and other key metrics
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content teams to get timely creative assets ready for campaigns
- Propose monthly budgets, forecast outcomes, and allocate spends effectively across channels
- Ensure delivery on monthly sales and revenue targets through campaign performance
- Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization to improve results
- Generate insights from campaign data and prepare performance reports with clear, actionable recommendations
Ideal Candidate
- Strong Performance Marketing / D2C / E-commerce Marketing Profiles.
- Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 3+ years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and scaling paid performance marketing campaigns for D2C or E-commerce brands across platforms like Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Mandatory (Experience 2): Proven experience in end-to-end campaign management, including campaign setup, budget allocation, bid strategy, audience targeting, optimization, and scaling for revenue growth
- Mandatory (Experience 3): Strong understanding of key performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rate (CVR), with demonstrated ability to optimize campaigns for efficiency and ROI
- Mandatory (Experience 4): Hands-on expertise in tools and tracking systems including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and UTM tracking for performance measurement and attribution
- Mandatory (Experience 5): Experience in running multi-channel campaigns across Google (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta platforms, with strong knowledge of re marketing, dynamic ads, and funnel optimization strategies
- Mandatory (Experience 6): Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and deriving actionable insights from campaign data using Excel/Google Sheets or dashboards
- Mandatory (Experience 7): Experience in managing budgets, forecasting performance, and driving monthly revenue/sales targets with end-to-end ownership of campaign outcomes
- Mandatory (Domain): Must have experience working with D2C / E-commerce / Consumer brands (preferably in high-growth categories like FMCG, Health & Wellness, or Lifestyle)
