Role Overview

We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketer to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms- with a sharp focus on driving quality leads, improving conversion rates, and maximising return on ad spend.

Compensation: 3.60- 6.00 LPA

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms
  • Set up and manage tracking via Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4 to monitor user behaviour and campaign performance
  • Configure and manage Meta Pixel and CAPI (Conversions API) for accurate event tracking and audience targeting
  • Monitor and optimize key metrics including CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and CAC on a daily and weekly basis
  • Conduct in-depth funnel analysis to identify drop-off points and implement strategies to plug funnel leakages
  • Build and maintain end-to-end tracking systems to ensure clean, reliable data flow across all campaigns
  • Leverage AI-based automation tools to enhance campaign efficiency, bidding strategies, and reporting workflows
  • Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to align creatives and landing pages with campaign goals
  • Prepare performance reports and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders

Who we are looking for

  • Prior hands-on experience in performance marketing is a must
  • Proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4
  • Strong working knowledge of Meta Pixel & Conversions API (CAPI)
  • Sound understanding of CPM, CPC, CTR and how to act on them
  • Experience in funnel mapping and funnel leakage analysis
  • Robust campaign tracking and attribution skills
  • Familiarity with AI automation tools for marketing workflows
  • Ability to evaluate and improve ROAS and manage CAC effectively
