Our clients range from early-stage D2C brands to established businesses looking to scale. That means we're as comfortable deriving unit economics and fixing shipping partner inefficiencies as we are scaling Meta campaigns and segmenting retention cohorts.

What You'll Be DoingYou won't just manage ad accounts. You'll operate as a consultant who happens to execute — or an executor who happens to think strategically. The day-to-day includes:
- Meta Ads — Conversion campaigns, non-conversion (awareness/traffic), remarketing funnels, creative strategy, and audience architecture.
- Google Ads — Search, Display, Standard Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube. You should be comfortable building and optimising across the full Google stack.
- Retention Marketing — Customer segmentation, lifecycle flows, email/SMS/WhatsApp campaigns, and the copywriting that powers them.
- Snapchat Ads — Conversion, non-conversion, and remarketing. Bonus if you've worked with other emerging platforms.
- Content Strategy — Content curation, competitor referencing, and original content ideation that ties back to business and campaign objectives.
- Business Consulting — Working directly with clients on unit math, margin analysis, marketplace growth strategy, shipping and ops efficiencies, and anything else that sits between we have a product and we have a profitable business.
Some weeks you'll be deep inside an ad account. Other weeks you'll be in a room with a founder rethinking their entire go-to-market. That range is the point.
Who We're Looking ForYou should bring:
- Hands-on experience running and scaling paid campaigns across Meta and Google — not just boosted posts, but structured, full-funnel campaign builds.
- A working understanding of business fundamentals: contribution margins, CAC, LTV, blended ROAS, and how they connect to actual profitability.
- The ability to write — whether it's ad copy, retention emails, or a client-facing strategy document. Clear thinking shows up in clear writing.
- Comfort with data. You can pull insights from ad dashboards, GA4, and spreadsheets without needing someone to interpret them for you.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills. You'll be speaking directly with founders and leadership teams.
What would make you stand out:
- Experience across both media buying and broader business strategy — not just one or the other.
- Exposure to marketplace growth (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) or D2C brand scaling.
- Familiarity with tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, Business on Bot, Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, or similar.
- A genuine curiosity about how businesses work.
