Role Overview:
This is not a campaign management role. We're looking for someone who owns revenue. You will be responsible for scaling direct sales and franchise growth through performance marketing, end to end. If you're driven by numbers, pace, and impact, this role is for you.
What you'll own
- Full-funnel performance: spend → leads → sales → revenue → scale
- Aggressive growth across paid channels (Google, Meta, others)
- Building and scaling franchise acquisition funnels
- Budget ownership with clear expectations on ROAS and CAC
- Rapid experimentation across creatives, landing pages, and targeting
- Tight alignment with sales to drive actual conversions, not just leads
What you'll do
- Scale campaigns fast—and cut what doesn't work faster
- Build high-converting funnels, not just ads
- Obsess over numbers: CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates
- Push for better creatives, sharper messaging, and stronger landing pages
- Set up clean tracking, attribution, and reporting—no guesswork
- Continuously unlock new growth levers and channels
Who is this for
- 8–10+ years in performance marketing with proven revenue impact
- Someone who has scaled sales-led campaigns, not just lead gen
- Experience with franchise / multi-location / high-volume funnels is a big plus
- Strong operator + thinker: can strategize and execute at speed
- Comfortable with accountability and performance pressure
