This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketer role based in Chennai. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for creating, analyzing, and optimizing data-driven marketing campaigns to achieve key performance metrics. Day-to-day tasks include managing digital advertising campaigns, monitoring performance data, executing A/B tests, generating actionable insights, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to enhance campaign results. This role requires a focus on achieving measurable business outcomes while fostering innovative strategies to improve engagement and ROI.

• Strong skills in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Campaign Optimization
• Proficiency in Data Analysis, A/B Testing, and Metrics Interpretation
• Experience in Social Media Advertising and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Campaigns
• Knowledge of CRM tools and Marketing Automation platforms
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and keyword strategy
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with creative and technical teams in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required; certifications like Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint are a plus
