Job Description

Job Title: Performance Marketer (Paid Ads + SEO)

Company: AcceleratorX

Location: Remote / On-site (as applicable)

About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer who can own and scale our paid acquisition channels while also strengthening our organic presence. This role requires hands-on expertise across paid media platforms and SEO, with a strong focus on ROI-driven campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Manage end-to-end funnel performance: from ad creatives to conversion tracking
  • Continuously improve CAC, ROAS, and lead quality
  • Perform keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO optimization
  • Work closely with content, design, and sales teams to align marketing efforts
  • Set up and monitor tracking systems (Google Analytics, Pixel, GTM, etc.)
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies
  • Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights
Requirements
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • SEO (technical + content-driven)
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance metrics
  • Ability to manage budgets efficiently and scale campaigns
  • Experience with marketing tools (GA4, GTM, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
Preferred
  • Experience in EdTech or online education industry
  • Immediate joiner
  • Prior experience managing high-volume lead generation campaigns
