About the Role
Mayskin is looking for a hands-on Performance Marketer to manage and scale our digital growth across Meta, Google, and marketplaces (Amazon, etc.).
This is an in-house role focused on performance strategy, execution, and optimisation - not just reporting. You'll work closely with the founder and creative team to drive efficient customer acquisition and revenue growth.
We're looking for someone who understands D2C beauty/skincare performance dynamics, creatives, funnels, and marketplace growth.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing (Meta & Google)
Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
Build and manage full-funnel structures (TOF/MOF/BOF)
Test creatives, audiences, hooks, and offers systematically
Monitor and improve key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR)
Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency
Marketplace Advertising & Growth
Manage and optimise Amazon Ads and marketplace performance
Improve product visibility, rankings, and conversions
Coordinate listings, keywords, and promotional strategies
Track marketplace KPIs (ACOS, TACOS, sales share)
Analytics & Optimisation
Analyse campaign and marketplace performance data
Identify growth opportunities and inefficiencies
Build dashboards and performance reports
Recommend budget allocation and scaling strategies
Creative & Funnel Collaboration
Work with the content/creative team on:
Ad angles
Messaging
Landing page alignment
Translate performance data into creative direction
