Job SummaryWe are looking for a data-driven and result-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in driving leads, conversions, and ROI-focused campaigns.
Key Responsibilities1. Campaign Planning & Execution- Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Develop full-funnel strategies including awareness, consideration, and conversion campaigns
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and campaign structuring
2. Performance Optimization- Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions
- Perform A/B testing on:
- Ad creatives
- Copies
- Landing pages
- Audience segments
- Optimize bidding strategies and budget allocation to maximize ROI
3. Analytics & Reporting- Track and analyze performance using tools like:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager
- Meta Ads Manager
- Generate weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights
- Analyze funnels and identify drop-offs to improve conversion rates
4. Technical Setup & Tracking- Implement and manage:
- Meta Pixel & Conversion API (CAPI)
- Google Ads Conversion Tracking
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Ensure accurate attribution and campaign tracking across platforms
5. Creative & Strategy Collaboration- Work with design and content teams to create high-converting ad creatives
- Suggest improvements in landing pages for better conversion rates
- Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and new ad formats
Key Skills & RequirementsMust-Have:- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of:
- Lead generation & e-commerce campaigns
- Performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPL)
- Experience with campaign optimization and scaling
- Proficiency in analytics tools like GA4, Looker Studio
Good to Have:- Experience in handling multiple client accounts (agency experience preferred)
- Knowledge of SEO, landing page optimization, and CRO
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or similar
- Google Ads / Meta Blueprint Certifications
