About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketer with experience in mobile app promotion marketing who can manage and scale paid campaigns to drive installs, registrations, and revenue growth. The candidate should have hands-on experience in running and optimizing performance campaigns for mobile apps.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch and optimize paid marketing campaigns for mobile apps

Manage campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads

Optimize campaigns for App Installs, Registrations, and Purchases

Track and analyze campaign performance using ROAS, CPA, CAC, ARPU

Monitor daily ad spend, installs, and conversion performance

Test multiple creatives, audiences, and campaign structures

Work closely with creative and content teams for ad creatives

Analyze funnel metrics (Install Registration Purchase)

Identify opportunities to scale profitable campaigns

Prepare daily and weekly performance reports

Required Skills

1+ year experience in Performance Marketing for Mobile Apps

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager

Knowledge of Google App Campaigns (UAC)

Understanding of conversion tracking (Firebase / GA4 / MMPs)

Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV

Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize budgets

Experience in A/B testing creatives and audiences

Preferred Skills

Experience running regional language campaigns (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi)

Experience in subscription or in-app purchase apps

Understanding of mobile attribution platforms
