Designation - Performance Manager Delivery

Salary Offered: Up to 7 LPA CTC

Timings - 9AM - 5 PM

Working Days - Monday to Saturday

Education Qualifications: Graduate in any field with relevant training experience. Certification in Early Childhood Education is an added advantage

Job Location: Bangalore

Job Requirement :

1. Assess centre performance as per the given Standards and support Centre Founders/Directresses to cause desired results, especially bottom-performing centres.

2. Conduct Mentoring sessions (online/offline) and support in improving performance within given standards.

3. Drive improvement in visit-to-admission conversions, staff retention, ,child retention and infrastructure.

4. Ensure adherence to academic and operational guidelines across centres.

5. Provide ground-level feedback for content/training improvements.

6. Travel within Bangalore and outstation when required.

7. Maintain reports, follow-ups, MOMs and action plans

Required Skills :

1. Strong presentation, communication, and coordination skills.

2. Ability to analyse data and solving problems.

3. MS Excel (basic analysis), Word, PowerPoint

4. Zoom/Google Meet handling

5. Comfortable managing emails and documentation
