Job Description
ClassicHub is looking for a Performance Growth Manager who can own the complete digital growth function - from strategy and media planning to execution, optimisation, reporting, and team leadership.
Key responsibilities:
- Build complete digital marketing and media strategies
- Manage and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Oversee SEO, content, landing pages, and conversion funnels
- Plan budgets, projections, CPL, CAC, ROAS, and scaling strategies
- Analyse campaign performance and lead quality
- Work closely with creative, content, SEO, CRM, and sales teams
- Lead and mentor the performance marketing team
- Present strategy, insights, and performance to clients
- Build SOPs, dashboards, reporting, and optimisation systems
- Be highly proficient with digital marketing, analytics, automation, and AI tools to improve speed, insights, and campaign performance
Preferred tools/skills:
Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, GTM, Search Console, Looker Studio, SEMrush/Ahrefs, CRM & automation tools, ChatGPT/AI tools, and reporting/analytics platforms.
We're looking for someone who understands business outcomes - not just ad platforms. Agency and team-management experience preferred.
