Performance Engineering Manager,

Purpose:

As a Performance Engineering Manager, you will lead the evolution of Performance Engineering from traditional load testing to a modern, automation-first engineering discipline. You will be responsible for building innovative frameworks, platforms, and tools that enable automated generation, execution, and analysis of performance tests throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

This role combines people's leadership, technical strategy, and engineering innovation. You will lead a team responsible for validating critical customer journeys, ensuring application scalability and resilience, and embedding performance testing into CI/CD pipelines. You will partner with Engineering, Platform, Architecture, SRE, and Product teams to deliver world-class customer experiences while driving continuous performance assurance at scale.

Experience:

· 15+ years of experience in Performance Engineering, Quality Engineering, SRE, DevOps, or related fields.

· 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams.

· Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale performance engineering solutions and automation initiatives.

· Strong software engineering background with Java and/or Python along with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.

· Experience integrating performance testing into GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Harness, or GitLab CI/CD.
