Expertise in Performance Engineering and Performance Monitoring

Experience on Application Performance Engineering & Monitoring using tools like Load Runner, Dynatrace/Splunk

Have hands on knowledge of performance test script creation, alerting, incidents and dashboard creations.

Good understanding of application architecture, Business transactions, RCA and resolutions

Knowledge on web application framework, micro services, containerization and database

Good hands-on knowledge on Linux, windows and network

Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders, gather requirements, and convey technical information effectively. Collaborative attitude to work with cross-functional teams.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret monitoring data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve network performance and efficiency.

Certifications: Relevant certifications in APM tool is preferred
