What we are looking for
Role: Performance Engineering (Load Runner)
Experience Range: 6 to 10 Years
Location: Pan india
Must Have:
- Understanding of Performance Testing best practices and has 5+ years of work experience in performance testing using LoadRunner
- Understanding test planning, script execution and maintenance
- Perform assigned testing as per the Test Plan; document and report all discovered problems
- Create and execute performance tests for revised applications
- Maintain records of all application testing; prepare reports summarizing testing results and where SLAs were broken
Good-to-Have:
- Collaborate with developers and users to optimize testing, defect isolation, and defect tracking
- Ability to effectively communicate to a diverse group of IT management, offshore teams and business users is required
- Candidate must have strong analytical and problem management skills to be able to resolve issues as they arise in the testing environments
Essential:
- Candidate should has monitoring tool experience (Splunk, Dynatrace, App Dynamics...)
- Other skill-sets that would be useful are prior experience in banking domain
- Exposure to Java, .Net technologies, web services and middle tier applications
Minimum Qualification:
- 15 years of full-time education
- Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
