Key Skills & Requirements:
Performance Testing Tools:
- Proficiency with JMeter and LoadRunner OR Gatling + Karate
- Expert scripting skills in Java & JavaScript (mandatory)
Profiling Tools:
- JVisualVM (Thread/Heap Dump Analysis)
- Dynatrace or AppDynamics (Application Performance Monitoring)
- Database Profiling: OEM (Oracle Enterprise Manager) & AWR (Automatic Workload Repository)
DevOps & CI/CD:
- Expertise in integrating performance testing into DevOps/CI-CD pipelines
Chaos Engineering:
- Hands-on experience with Chaos Engineering tools such as Chaos Monkey and Gremlin (must-have)
Architecture & Leadership:
- Experience in architecture, strategy formulation, execution, and collaboration
- Strong system design thinking capabilities
- Proven track record in leading and mentoring teams, especially in automating performance tests
Technical & Analytical Skills:
- Deep understanding of software and hardware SDLC dimensions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
