Job Description
Experience: 4–10 years of dedicated IT experience in software quality assurance, specifically in Performance Testing and Engineering.
Tool Mastery: Deep, hands-on expertise in Micro Focus/OpenText LoadRunner (VuGen, Controller, Analysis).
Protocol Knowledge: Strong experience scripting in Web (HTTP/HTML), Web Services (REST/SOAP), and API-heavy environments.
Secondary Tooling: Working knowledge of Apache JMeter or modern open-source alternatives is a strong plus.
Coding/Scripting: Proficiency in C, Java, or Python for custom script enhancements and correlation logic.
APM Integration: Familiarity with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or New Relic to correlate client-side load metrics with server-side health.
- Methodologies: Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum delivery models and non-functional requirement (NFR) translation
