Performance Engineer - Engineer II - Quality & Testing (IN)

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute performance tests using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
• Develop performance test scripts and scenarios to simulate real-world usage patterns.
• Monitor application performance using tools like Dynatrace, New Relic, or AppDynamics.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize application performance and resource utilization.
• Recommend/highlight areas of change to architecture, code, and infrastructure to improve performance and contribute to organization best practices.
• Conduct capacity planning and scalability assessments to ensure systems can handle future growth.
• Provide input into infrastructure and architecture planning to support scalability
• Document performance testing strategies, test results, and optimization efforts.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate performance findings and recommendations.
• Stay updated with the latest performance engineering practices and tools.
• Proactively identify opportunities for performance improvements and implement best practices.

.Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Performance testing.
• Strong understanding of software performance testing and optimisation techniques.
• Proven experience with performance testing tools and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of software performance testing and optimisation techniques.
• Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with monitoring tools and technologies.
