Performance Engineer (with DevOps Exposure)

Role: Senior Performance Engineer

About the Role:

Seeking a Performance Engineer to own end-to-end performance testing, analysis, and environment automation for AppScan Enterprise (Liberty + IIS + Agents + DB + Containers).

Responsibilities:

• Design & execute load, stress, soak, and scalability tests.
• Analyze results vs baselines; perform RCA & tuning (Liberty, IIS, DB).
• Maintain and automate perf lab environments; integrate runs with CI/CD.
• Collect & analyze telemetry (metrics, logs, traces) for bottleneck isolation.
• Work with Dev & Product teams to implement and verify performance fixes.

Required Skills:

• 6–10 yrs in Performance Engineering / SRE / DevOps.
• Hands-on with JMeter / k6 / Gatling.
• Strong in Liberty / IIS / SQL DB tuning & automation scripting.
• Basic CI/CD & container knowledge (Docker preferred).
• Familiar with observability tools and regression analysis.
