Performance Engineer / Analyst (Solar Power Plant) - Helios

We are seeking a Performance Engineer/Analyst for our Solar Power Plant division, Helios, located in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance analysis, with a focus on enhancing the efficiency and reliability of solar energy generation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze the performance of solar power plants and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular performance assessments and prepare reports on energy generation metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement performance optimization strategies.
• Utilize data analysis tools to monitor plant performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Support the development and implementation of predictive maintenance strategies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations regarding solar power operations.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in performance analysis or engineering, preferably in solar power.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and performance monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with solar plant operations and energy generation metrics.
• Proficient in software tools such as MATLAB, Python, or similar for data analysis.
• Understanding of renewable energy regulations and standards in India.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
