Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your data management and analytical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of train services by managing critical data, analyzing fleet performance, and supporting our service teams. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Fleet Control, RAMS, and Project Engineering teams), prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders, and actively contribute to reliability growth initiatives.

You'll specifically take care of managing database-related work for warranty/service projects and monitoring fleet performance, but also ensure timely submission of reports and maintain consistent communication with customers and operators.

We'll look to you for:

  • Providing up-to-date fleet status data to internal and external customers
  • Coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure smooth train operations
  • Managing day-to-day communications with customers and operators regarding service provision
  • Monitoring product performance and tracking data for reporting purposes
  • Preparing and submitting daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports
  • Actively participating in customer meetings and reliability improvement initiatives
  • Ensuring data quality in GSI and improving data capture processes
  • Preparing technical reports for critical failures
  • Contributing to the Return of Experience by sharing insights and lessons learned

All About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent; an MBA is preferred
  • Strong data management and analytical capabilities
  • At least 4 years of experience in the rail or metro industry, particularly in fleet coordination, operation, or customer interaction
  • High proficiency in MS Office tools, especially advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Knowledge of quality and safety systems
  • General understanding of rail vehicle maintenance requirements
  • Experience in a service site or production environment
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
