Project Role Description : Diagnose issues that an in-house performance testing team has been unable to. There are five aspects to Performance Engineering: software development lifecycle and architecture, performance testing and validation, capacity planning, application performance management and problem detection and resolution.

Summary: As a Performance Engineer, you will engage in diagnosing complex issues that the in-house performance testing team has been unable to resolve. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to analyze performance metrics, conducting thorough assessments of application performance, and implementing solutions to enhance system efficiency. You will also participate in capacity planning and validation processes, ensuring that applications meet performance standards and user expectations. Your role will be pivotal in identifying bottlenecks and optimizing performance across the software development lifecycle, contributing to the overall success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Conduct performance assessments and recommend improvements based on findings. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BRIM Subscription Order Management SOM. - Strong analytical skills to diagnose performance issues effectively. - Experience with performance testing tools and methodologies. - Knowledge of application performance management techniques. - Familiarity with capacity planning and resource allocation strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BRIM Subscription Order Management SOM. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required., 15 years full time education
