Job Description
We looking for an experienced Performance Engineer with strong expertise in performance testing, monitoring, and application performance management tools. The candidate should have hands-on experience in LoadRunner, JMeter, Akamai, Dynatrace, Splunk, and Datadog for enterprise-level application performance testing and monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner and JMeter
- Conduct Load, Stress, Spike, Endurance, and Scalability testing
- Analyze application performance bottlenecks and provide optimization recommendations
- Work with Akamai CDN and caching configurations for performance optimization
- Monitor application and infrastructure performance using Dynatrace, Datadog, and Splunk
- Analyze logs, traces, and performance metrics to identify issues
- Prepare performance test reports and dashboards for stakeholders
- Collaborate with Development, DevOps, Infrastructure, and QA teams
- Participate in root cause analysis and performance tuning activities
- Support CI/CD-based performance testing integration
- Ensure SLA compliance and system stability under high traffic conditions
