Role Mandate
We are looking for a highly analytical and strategically sharp Performance Creative Strategist who can directly impact paid media performance.
You will own the creative strategy engine across platforms and be accountable for improving:
CPM | CTR | CVR | CPA | Creative Hit Rate
This role is about building a scalable, structured creative flywheel not random ad ideas.

• Improve and track Creative Hit Rate

• Build and manage a structured creative testing system
You will operate a clear creative flywheel:
Research → Hypothesis → Batch Production → Testing → Scale Winners → Kill Losers → Document
Learnings → Relaunch Improved Variations
Creative performance should come from process not luck.
Core Responsibilities
1. Own Creative Performance Metrics
• Analyze ad-level data daily (CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA)
• Identify winning hooks, angles, personas, and formats
• Detect creative fatigue early and build replacement batches
• Improve hook strength to positively impact CPM & CTR
• Improve message clarity and persuasion to lift CVR and reduce CPA
2. Improve Creative Hit Rate
• Define clear performance benchmarks before launching tests
• Structure creatives into measurable hypothesis-based batches
• Track hit rate per batch and improve it over time
• Build documentation systems to identify repeatable winning patterns
3. Creative Strategy & Brief Engine
• Deliver structured, high-conversion creative briefs weekly
• Use awareness levels, persona targeting, objection handling, proof, and offer framing
• Ensure creatives are platform-native (Meta, Reels, Shorts, etc.)
• Maintain strong diversity across hooks, formats, themes, and emotional triggers
4. Creative Velocity & Scaling
• Maintain continuous testing pipeline
• Reduce idea-to-launch time
• Ensure no performance drops due to creative fatigue
• Replicate scalable winning concepts across products
5. Cross-Functional Alignment
• Work closely with Media Buyers to align creatives with campaign goals
• Adjust creative direction based on CPM and CPA shifts
• Align messaging with landing pages to improve CVR
• Collaborate with designers and editors to ensure execution matches performance intent and
brand standards
