Role
We are looking for a Performance Creative Lead who understands that great ads are engineered, not just designed.
This role is focused purely on performance marketing creatives for Meta, Google, and YouTube not brand campaigns.
You will lead the creation of high-converting ad creatives that improve CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead creative strategy for performance ads across Meta, Google, and YouTube.
- Develop scroll-stopping hooks, ad scripts, and visual concepts.
- Work closely with performance marketing teams to optimize ads for CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
- Build and scale UGC ads, video ads, and static creatives for paid acquisition.
- Run creative experimentation test hooks, formats, angles, and messaging.
- Guide designers, editors, and copywriters to produce high-performing ad creatives.
Must Have
- 37 years experience in performance marketing creatives.
- Proven experience creating ads for Meta / Google / YouTube.
- Strong understanding of hooks, storytelling, and consumer psychology.
- Experience scaling paid ad creatives for D2C / consumer apps / fintech / marketplaces.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics like CTR, CVR, CAC, and ROAS.
