Performance Content Writer (Creator Ecosystem Focus)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Performance Content Writer who understands the pulse of the creator economy. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative storytelling and data-driven performance. 

Key Responsibilities

* Create structured brief frameworks for influencers and outline short/long-form viral video strategies across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
* Draft high-converting ad scripts, hooks, captions, and calls-to-action optimized for viewer retention and click-through rates.
* Work alongside talent to refine narratives, align on messaging, and execute co-branded campaigns.
* Author press releases, blogs, case studies, and thought leadership articles showcasing campaign outcomes.
* Monitor campaign metrics to iterate on messaging and improve future brief performance.

Required Qualifications

* Proven track record of scaling channels to 50k+ Instagram followers or 100k+ YouTube subscribers via performance-focused content.
* 4–6 years within a media company, creator-led agency, or digital brand.
* Deep knowledge of social algorithms, viral trends, and audience retention metrics.
* Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and digital analytics tools.
