Role SummaryWe are hiring a Performance Content Strategist whose sole mandate is to create, test, identify, and scale winning ad creatives on Meta.
Core Responsibility (Non-Negotiable)Create winning Meta ad content and double down on it.
Key Responsibilities- Ideate and produce high-performance ad creatives (hooks, scripts, statics, UGC briefs)
- Build structured creative testing frameworks (hooks formats offers)
- Analyze creative-level performance (CTR, thumb-stop rate, CVR inputs)
- Identify winning creatives and rapidly create iterations to scale
- Work closely with the Meta ads manager to:
- Understand performance feedback
- Double down on what's working
- Kill what's not
- Own weekly creative sprints and testing pipelines
- Ensure creative messaging clarity on:
- Product value
- Trust signals
- Urgency
- Offer framing
KPIs- Number of winning creatives identified per month
- Speed of iteration on winning ads
- Improvement in:
- CTR
- Engagement
- Conversion intent (creative contribution)
- Volume of tested creatives vs winners
- Contribution to ROAS improvement (creative-led)
Must-Have Experience- 45 years in performance creative / D2C content
- Proven track record of producing Meta ad winners
- Strong understanding of:
- Consumer psychology
- Scroll behavior
- Hook creation
- Experience working alongside a dedicated media buyer
- Ability to move fast and think in experiments
Good to Have- Experience in e-commerce brands scaling ads
- Familiarity with UGC creators and editors
- Ability to brief designers and video editors effectively
