As a Performance & Business Management Analyst, you will use multiple sources of informationincluding customer insights, colleague feedback, market insights, and operational datato provide analysis that drives informed business decisions. You will support business performance improvement through financial management, people planning, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver financial and headcount reporting, including monthly cost checks, forecasting, budget setting, and cost control initiatives
- Prepare business cases and provide local analysis, intelligence, and commentary
- Monitor and support people planning activities, including capability, engagement, and communications
- Review relevant management information and provide ad-hoc analysis of data
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure optimal business outcomes
- Provide recommendations and decision support to improve overall business performance
Required Experience and Knowledge
- Minimum three years of experience in a support or business management role
- MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute preferred
- Exposure to leadership cadence and supporting senior executives such as Chief of Staff to the Country Head
- Experience working effectively with stakeholders at various organisational levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of key methodologies, tools, and frameworks for business and performance management
