EXPERIENCE
- Chief Officer with at least 20 months sailing experience.
EDUCATION
Class I COC (Master FG) or Class II (Chief Mate FG)
LOCATION
Mumbai
SPECIFIC BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE
- In-depth understanding of marine navigation and route planning on various types of ships
- Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills and can work efficiently with multicultural teams ashore
- Understanding of Voyage performance management and latest regulations driving the industry.
- Good teamwork skills, balanced with the autonomy, proactiveness and motivation to perform individually.
- Key driver in improving the Energy Efficiency of Anglo Eastern managed vessels by providing them guidance about Fuel Optimization.
- Strong drive to get things done, specifically to multi-task and meet deadlines consistently.
- Ability to stay motivated in a fast-moving environment.
- Develop knowledge database of Vessels by sharing latest trends and work practices.
- Drive innovations and initiate projects within organization towards improving KPI targets.
- Additionally, you should have enhanced problem-solving skills, out-of-box Thinking and interest in tackling challenges with innovative solution and maximizing the use of resources available.
