Key mandates
Affiliate Partnerships
- Build and run the affiliate programmed end to end — recruit publishers, networks and content partners,
- Own payout structures (CPL, CPA, hybrid), commission economics and monthly reconciliation with
- Set up and own tracking and attribution — post backs, S2S, tracking links, and dedupe rules against
- Police affiliate quality: monitor for fraud, incentivized traffic, brand bidding and misleading claims;
- Run partner-level P ;L — know which partners are actually profitable once lead quality is factored in,
Emerging Paid Channels
- Own campaign strategy, setup, targeting and optimization across Snapchat Ads, X (Twitter) Ads and
- Run structured channel tests with clear budgets, success criteria and kill thresholds; write the readout
- Build audience and targeting strategy per channel, including custom audiences, lookalikes and
- Manage budgets and pacing across channels, and reallocate toward whatever is working
- Evaluate new networks and inventory as they become relevant to our audience
- Brief, test and iterate creative built for each channel — Snapchat and X do not work with recycled Meta
- Run a continuous creative testing calendar with clear naming, hypotheses and results
- Work with design and content to keep a live pipeline of hooks, formats and angles
- Partner on landing page and funnel testing — page variants, form length, offer framing — to lift
Data, Tracking Reporting
- Own tracking integrity for your channels — pixels, conversion APIs, UTMs, GTM tags and CRM lead-
- Report weekly on spend, CPL, CAC, lead quality and contribution by channel and partner, with a clear
- Work with the presales team on downstream metrics — contact rate, pitch rate and conversion by
- Maintain clean, consistent campaign naming and account structure so the data stays trustworthy
- Tech product — on tracking implementation, CRM lead routing and landing page builds
- Presales — on lead quality feedback, source-level conversion and volume forecasting
- Design amp; content — on channel-native assets, hooks and format requirements
- Finance — on affiliate payouts, reconciliation and budget tracking
- 3–6 years in performance marketing with direct, hands-on account ownership — you build and optimize
- Proven experience running an affiliate programmed, OR managing spend on Snapchat, X (Twitter) or
- Strong grasp of performance economics: CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, payout structures, and how lead quality
- Working knowledge of tracking and attribution — pixels, server-side events, post backs, UTMs, GTM
- Comfortable in spreadsheets and dashboards; able to diagnose a CPL or quality shift from the data
Good to have
- D2C, healthcare, wellness, fitness or edtech experience — consultative, considered-purchase categories
- Existing relationships with affiliate networks and publishers in India
- Google and Meta ads experience (useful context, but not what this role is about)
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (Zoho, MoEngage, WATI or similar)
- Exposure to fraud detection and traffic quality tooling
