Key Responsibilities
PAID ADVERTISING
- Plan, launch, and manage performance campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
- Own ROAS, CPL, and CAC targets — optimise campaigns daily to hit and exceed them.
- Write and test compelling ad copy and work closely with the design team on creatives.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking, pixel events, and attribution via Google Tag Manager.
SEO & ORGANIC GROWTH
- Execute on-page and technical SEO improvements in coordination with the content team.
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-intent search opportunities in the health and wellness space.
- Monitor SEO performance via Google Search Console and tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
- Support content briefs and landing page optimisation to improve organic rankings and quality scores.
ANALYTICS & REPORTING
- Build and maintain performance dashboards to track key metrics across all paid and organic channels.
- Analyse funnel data to identify drop-offs and conversion opportunities.
- Run structured A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Present weekly performance reports with clear insights and next-step recommendations.
GROWTH & EXPERIMENTATION
- Identify new paid channels, audiences, and formats to expand reach and reduce CAC over time.
- Collaborate with the sales and clinical team to align marketing qualified leads with patient conversion.
- Stay current with platform algorithm changes, health marketing guidelines, and digital trends.
What We're Looking For
MUST HAVE
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Proven track record of managing budgets and delivering measurable ROAS or lead targets.
- Working knowledge of SEO — on-page optimisation, keyword research, and basic technical SEO.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Meta Business Manager, and Google Ads Manager.
- Strong analytical mindset — comfortable working with data and drawing actionable conclusions.
- Excellent written communication and a strong instinct for what makes good ad copy.
GREAT TO HAVE
- Have seen healthcare policy issues on Meta
- Experience in health, wellness, or D2C brands.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead nurturing workflows.
