Company Description Tiju's Academy is a leading OET and IELTS coaching institution based in Kerala, India, with campuses in Mavelikkara and Thiruvalla. Established in 2021, the academy focuses on helping healthcare professionals and other candidates build strong English language skills to pursue opportunities abroad. The team emphasizes starting from the basics, ensuring learners develop a solid foundation in language and test-taking skills. Tiju's Academy is known for its innovative approach to teaching English grammar, particularly within OET preparation, and for delivering up-to-date, high-quality training tailored to current exam standards.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketer role based in Mavelikkara. The Performance Marketer will plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across digital channels such as search, social media, and display to drive qualified leads and enrollments for OET and IELTS programs. The role involves tracking and analyzing campaign performance, managing budgets, and continuously testing creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve ROI. The Performance Marketer will collaborate with the content, admissions, and academic teams to align messaging and offers with student needs and business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities also include reporting on key performance metrics, identifying growth opportunities, and staying updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in performance and digital marketing, including paid search (Google Ads), paid social (Meta, YouTube, etc.), and basic SEO to drive high-quality leads.
  • Experience with analytics and optimization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite) to track conversions, measure ROI, and run A/B tests.
  • Ability to collaborate on marketing campaigns, working closely with content and design teams to create effective ad creatives, landing pages, and funnels.
  • Good understanding of marketing funnels, lead nurturing, and remarketing strategies, especially in the education or training sector.
  • Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret metrics, prepare clear performance reports, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; familiarity with OET/IELTS markets or education marketing is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
