- Design, develop, and maintain PeopleSoft applications using People
- Tools components such as Application Engine, PeopleCode, Application Designer, PS Query, SQR, and Component Interface. Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and efficient solutions within the
- PeopleSoft environment. Perform system upgrades, patches, and customizations ensuring compliance with organizational policies and minimizing system downtime.
- Optimize performance of PeopleSoft applications through tuning and code review, ensuring scalability and reliability. Troubleshoot complex application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective resolutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for all customizations and enhancements for audit and support purposes.
- Support integration with external systems using Integration Broker, Web Services, and other middleware tools.
- Provide production support, including issue tracking, analysis, and resolution of PeopleSoft - related incidents and service requests
