Job Role: Project Manager – PeopleSoft Technology
Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification (preferred), PeopleSoft-related certifications (advantageous)
Relevant Experience.
- 5+ years managing PeopleSoft projects
- Experience in people management, appraisal & feedback, upskilling associates.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/KRAs/KPIs:
· Lead and manage end-to-end PeopleSoft projects, ensuring successful execution and alignment with business goals.
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, schedules, and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to drive project success.
- Oversee PeopleSoft HRMS, Financials, Supply Chain, or Campus Solutions modules as per business requirements.
- Ensure compliance with best practices, security, and governance policies in PeopleSoft implementations.
- Monitor project performance and report key metrics to senior management.
- Drive change management, training, and knowledge transfer within the organization.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong expertise in PeopleSoft applications, including HRMS, Financials, or Supply Chain.
- Experience with PeopleTools, Application Engine, Integration Broker, and PeopleCode.
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.
- Proficiency in Oracle databases, SQL, and data migration strategies.
- Experience in requirement analysis and documentation
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
