Job Description

Total experience: 10+ Years

Job Role: Project Manager – PeopleSoft Technology

Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification (preferred), PeopleSoft-related certifications (advantageous)

Relevant Experience.

  • 5+ years managing PeopleSoft projects
  • Experience in people management, appraisal & feedback, upskilling associates.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/KRAs/KPIs:

· Lead and manage end-to-end PeopleSoft projects, ensuring successful execution and alignment with business goals.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, schedules, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to drive project success.
  • Oversee PeopleSoft HRMS, Financials, Supply Chain, or Campus Solutions modules as per business requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices, security, and governance policies in PeopleSoft implementations.
  • Monitor project performance and report key metrics to senior management.
  • Drive change management, training, and knowledge transfer within the organization.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong expertise in PeopleSoft applications, including HRMS, Financials, or Supply Chain.
  • Experience with PeopleTools, Application Engine, Integration Broker, and PeopleCode.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Oracle databases, SQL, and data migration strategies.
  • Experience in requirement analysis and documentation
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills.
