  • Functional: Core HR, Time & Labor, Payroll, Benefits
  • Tools & Technologies: PeopleTools, Integration Broker, Web Services, BI Publisher, SQR
  • Technical: PeopleCode, App Engine, CI, AWE, Secure File Transfers (PGP, SSH), STAT
  • Testing & Validation: UAT, System, Parallel, and Performance Testing
  • DB Expertise: Oracle (9i–11G), SQL Server 2012, Performance DB Scripting
  • Configuration & Support: Secure interfaces, system customization, encryption/decryption flows
  • Project Exposure: End-to-end lifecycle ownership, client-facing role, 24x7 support
