Job Post – PeopleSoft Finance & Supply Chain Functional Lead

We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Finance & Supply Chain professional to lead application support and functional operations for a large organization.

Location - Pune

Exp - 15+ years

Notice period - immediate to 60 days

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end production support for PeopleSoft Finance & Supply Chain applications.
• Provide strong functional expertise across PeopleSoft Finance and Supply Chain modules.
• Manage and resolve production issues, functional incidents, enhancements, and application support requirements.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide effective functional solutions.
• Lead a team of 10+ resources, ensuring effective delivery, issue resolution, and day-to-day support operations.
• Drive support processes, prioritization, escalations, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with technical teams and other stakeholders for issue resolution and application stability.
• Ensure smooth functioning of PeopleSoft applications in a large-scale enterprise environment.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong PeopleSoft Finance functional experience.
• Strong PeopleSoft Supply Chain functional experience.
• Strong functional expertise with hands-on experience in application support.
• Experience in a leadership/team management role.
• Proven experience in end-to-end production support in a large organization.
• Experience managing a team of 10+ resources.

Good to Have:

• Experience in the Healthcare domain.
• Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments.
