Job Title: PeopleSoft Integration Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Integration Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in PeopleSoft HCM v9.2+, PeopleTools 8.55+, Integration Broker, SQL/SQR, and enterprise-level application development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing Core HCM applications, building integrations, and supporting enterprise initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities

Develop and enhance PeopleSoft Core HCM applications

Design and implement integrations with external third-party systems

Build Fluid UI components, WorkCenters, and Activity Guides

Develop SQL queries, SQR reports, and database solutions

Support enterprise-wide system upgrades, enhancements, and new initiatives

Maintain technical documentation, coding standards, and development best practices

Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams

Perform additional tasks as required by business needs

Required Skills

PeopleSoft Expertise

Strong development experience with PeopleSoft HCM v9.2+

Hands-on experience with PeopleTools 8.55+, including:

Integration Broker & Web Services

Application Engine & Application Packages

Fluid UI development

WorkCenters and Activity Guides

Pivot Grids

Experience using Application Designer, Query Manager, Integration Broker

Knowledge of Process Scheduler (Job Scheduling)

Technical Skills

Advanced SQL and SQR programming

Strong Oracle SQL database expertise

Experience with third-party integrations (REST/SOAP/Web Services)

Experience delivering enterprise-scale projects
