- Implement, configure, and support Oracle PeopleSoft CRM modules.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Configure CRM components including Customer Service, Help Desk, Case Management, Sales, and Marketing.
- Design and develop customizations using PeopleTools and PeopleCode.
- Create and modify Components, Records, Pages, Application Engines, and Integration Broker services.
- Develop and maintain inbound and outbound integrations between PeopleSoft CRM and third-party systems.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support.
