We have a replacement opening within the PeopleSoft team and would appreciate your support in identifying suitable candidates. We are looking for a highly experienced PeopleSoft Techno-Functional professional who can contribute to critical application development, integration, support, and modernization initiatives. 

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize PeopleSoft applications using PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker.

• Design and develop SQRs, XML Publisher reports, PS Queries, and nVision reports.

• Support PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, enhancements, and system optimization initiatives.

• Develop and maintain inbound/outbound integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Broker, and file-based interfaces.

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide production support to ensure business continuity.

• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, deployment activities, and quality assurance checks.

• Collaborate closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

• Maintain technical documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer across teams.

• Ensure compliance with coding standards, security requirements, and PeopleSoft best practices. 

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in a PeopleSoft Techno-Functional role.

• Strong expertise in Integration Broker, API integrations, PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, and related PeopleSoft technologies.

• Experience with PeopleSoft Financials and HCM modules.

• Familiarity with SQL, PL/SQL, and relational database concepts.

• Experience with cloud integrations and automation tools is highly preferred.
