Qualifications & Mindset
1-4 years in HR, Tech Recruitment, or a related people-centric role(experience in startups, SaaS, or HR tech is a huge plus!).
Exceptional freshers are aggressively welcome!Show us you've led campus initiatives, built a community, or have a knack for bringing people together.
Tech-curious and agile.You're comfortable with modern tools and eager to learn.
Outstanding communication skills(English fluency is key)you're as confident presenting as you are writing a crisp email.
A people-first, results-driven attitude.You care deeply, but you also execute relentlessly.
