Job Description

We are looking for a detailoriented and servicefocused People Services Specialist / HR Administrator to support our global workforce across multiple regions, including the UK, Costa Rica, Greece, Croatia, US, APAC, and EMEA. This role requires strong HR administration experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage employee data with accuracy and confidentiality.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver end-to-end employee lifecycle administration, including offers, contracts, onboarding, changes, and leavers
  • Act as a key People Services contact for Greece and Croatia, supporting local employee and manager queries
  • Ensure all People Services activities are completed accurately, compliantly, and to agreed service levels
  • Maintain electronic personnel files and ensure documentation is complete and audit-ready
  • Work closely with payroll and reward teams to ensure employee data supports accurate pay and benefits processing
  • Support People Directors and HR colleagues with People Services and employee lifecycle queries
  • Act as first-line support for HR system queries, particularly those linked to People Services processes
  • Carry out basic HR system set-ups and updates, including starters, changes, leavers, and organisational changes
  • Perform regular data checks and audits to ensure people data is accurate and compliant
  • Support the maintenance of global headcount and people data, producing accurate information when required
  • Contribute to process improvements and standardisation, identifying ways to make People Services delivery more efficient
  • Support HR system enhancements, rollouts, or small system-related projects as needed
  • Provide administration support as and where needed for ongoing projects and Any other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong background in HR Administration or People Services, with global HR exposure (US/APAC/EMEA preferred)
  • Confidence working with HR systems / HRIS (any system experience welcome; strong process and system orientation preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across time zones with a structured and organised approach
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (VLOOKUP is essential)
  • Experience in shared services, HR systems administration, or service delivery environments is a strong advantage
  • Servicefocused mindset with a high sense of ownership and accountability
  • Highly organised, methodical, and detailoriented
  • Curious and eager to understand how systems and processes work (without needing to be a technical expert)
  • Proactive, reliable, and committed to delivering a highquality People Services experience
  • Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in all aspects of work
  • Shift: 11:30 AM 8:30 PM IST (UK Shift)
