What will you do

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities from Hire to Retire.
• Handle employee lifecycle transactions including new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations and organizational changes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data across relevant systems.
• Prepare employment contracts, letters and HR documentation.
• Handle and resolve employee & manager HR queries within agreed SLAs.
• Interpret and apply global and local HR policies and procedures.
• Support complex HR cases and coordinate with Centers of Expertise where required.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and Contact Center teams.
• Identify opportunities for process and system improvements.

What are we looking for

• Certification in Dutch Language
• 2+ years of experience in HR Operations / HR Administration / HR Shared Services.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree, preferably in HR.
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle / Hire-to-Retire processes.
• Good knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
• Experience working with HR systems / HR technology.
• Strong customer-service orientation and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working in an international / multicultural environment.

Dutch Language – Mandatory

Professional fluency in Dutch is mandatory – both written and verbal.

Candidates should be comfortable with:

• Handling employee and manager queries in Dutch
• Working with Dutch HR documentation
• Supporting Netherlands-based employees / HR processes
