We are looking for a high-energy People Partner to bridge the gap between business goals and team member experience. You will be the go-to person for our engineering and delivery teams, ensuring our talent strategy keeps pace with our growth in the IT services landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with Business Unit heads to align HR initiatives with project delivery goals.
- Performance Management: Lead the end-to-end appraisal process, including PIPs and career progression mapping.
- Team Member Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to team members, resolving grievances and driving engagement in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Talent Retention: Analyze attrition trends and implement creative retention strategies for niche tech roles.
- Policy Implementation: Ensure seamless rollout of HR policies and compliance with local labor laws.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 4–7 years as a People Partner, preferably within an IT Services company.
- Skills: Strong understanding of the IT talent market, performance metrics, and team member lifecycle management.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence mid-to-senior stakeholders.
