Job Description

We are seeking an HR Business Partner to support business leaders and employees on various people-related matters and initiatives. The role will involve partnering with the business to drive HR programs, support talent management processes, improve people practices, and contribute to a positive employee experience.

The ideal candidate should be hands-on, collaborative, data-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. We are also looking for someone with exposure to HR digitization initiatives and an awareness of emerging AI applications in HR.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with managers and employees on day-to-day HR matters and people initiatives
  • Support talent management processes, including performance management, succession planning, and employee development
  • Drive employee engagement and culture-building initiatives
  • Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Use HR data and analytics to support decision-making and identify trends
  • Collaborate with HR COEs and shared services teams to ensure smooth HR delivery
  • Support change management and organizational initiatives as needed
  • Contribute to HR digitization and automation initiatives where applicable
  • Maintain awareness of emerging HR technology and AI trends impacting HR practices

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4–10 years of HR experience, with exposure to HRBP or generalist responsibilities
  • Experience in a dynamic or fast-paced work environment preferred

  • Comfort working with HR data and analytics
  • Exposure to HR systems, digitization, or automation initiatives
  • Awareness of AI applications and digital trends in HR
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

Preferred

  • Experience supporting business teams in a mid-sized or large organization
  • Exposure to HR technology tools or process improvement initiatives
  • Familiarity with people analytics dashboards or reporting tools
