Job Summary:
HighRadius is searching for a People & Culture Coordinator to join our HR team! In this role, you will manage HR systems, as well as maintain employee files for North America and European teams. Your day-to-day will also include auditing HR systems, handling ad-hoc requests, processing unemployment claims, and reporting.
What You'll Do:
HRIS:
- Continually find ways to optimize all our systems and ensure that employee data is updated accurately on a timely basis. Data loading and modeling of mass HR data changes.
- HR systems include but are not limited to: ADP WorkForceNow, DarwinBox, Deel, Compensation, and Performance Management systems, etc.
- Data Integrity: Maintains communication with the payroll team & appropriate HR staff in all areas as needed, to ensure employee data information is accurate and issues/errors are addressed in a timely manner. Ensures accuracy and integrity of organizational data within all HR-related systems.
- File Maintenance & Record Management: Ensures and updates employee files
- Processing of all employee changes, such as new hires, status changes, and terminations
Reporting:
- Taking report requests from various partners, cleaning the data, and creating business reports that provide insight into key data points, both ad-hoc and standard reports
- Prepares and distributes ad-hoc, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughout
- Access existing databases and create processes for storage of new data
- Support the P&C Analytics team with ad-hoc reports, employee trend analysis, and projects.
Benefits:
- Assist with benefits administration, such as:
- Reconciliation of benefit invoices
- Troubleshoot file feeds
- Reviewing and approving benefit enrollments and changes in HRIS
- Liaison with payroll and benefits vendors for system integrations
Special Projects:
- Deliver HR initiatives through completion and create reporting to track progress
- HR Help Desk: Provides support for People & Culture requests and inquiries from stakeholders and employees.
- Interview Coordination: Schedules interviews and manages travel logistics.
- Other duties or projects may be assigned
What You'll Need to be Successful:
- Bachelor's degree (engineering degree OR past HR experience is a must)
- 2-4 years of professional experience as an HR Coordinator/Specialist, People Operations Associate with experience in supporting the USA.
- Ability to work with global partners across multiple time zones, including the USA, Europe, and India.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across teams.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Forms, Slides).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
