About the role
We are a fast-growing healthcare company building for scale, speed, and a strong employee experience. We are looking for a smart, dependable, and people-savvy People Operations Specialist to strengthen the operational backbone of our People function.
This role will sit at the centre of the employee lifecycle and help ensure that core people processes run smoothly, accurately, and with care. From onboarding and payroll coordination to HRMS hygiene, attrition tracking, and employee support, this role is for someone who combines sharp thinking with strong follow-through.
You will work closely with recruiters, employees, managers, and internal stakeholders to make sure people operations are reliable, responsive, and built to scale.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end onboarding for new joiners, ensuring a smooth and well-coordinated experience from offer acceptance through the first 90 days
- Partner closely with recruiters to ensure a seamless handover from the offer stage to onboarding and joining
- Support and manage employee lifecycle processes from hire to retire, including employee records, documentation, status changes, exits, and related operational workflows
- Own HRMS-related activities, including data management, system hygiene, employee records, and process accuracy
- Manage payroll inputs, validations, and coordination to ensure timely and accurate processing
- Track and analyse attrition data and people metrics to identify trends, gaps, and areas of improvement
- Support the broader People team in making processes more efficient, reliable, and employee-friendly
- Act as a dependable point of contact for employees on operational people matters and solve issues with clarity, empathy, and ownership
What we're looking for
- Strong experience or exposure in People Operations, HR Operations, onboarding, payroll, HRMS, or employee lifecycle management
- Someone who is highly responsible and can be trusted to own critical processes end-to-end
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with systems, data, and operational workflows
- Empathy and good judgment in handling employee queries and sensitive situations
- Applicability - someone who can move from understanding a problem to solving it in a practical way
- Curious to understand the business, not just the process
- Ability to work cross-functionally with recruiters, employees, managers, and internal teams
- Clear communication, warmth, and presence.
