Role Description

The People Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves overseeing employee relations, recruitment, payroll processing, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The manager will also develop and implement HR strategies, foster a positive workplace culture, and support employee engagement. The successful candidate will collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational goals, ensuring seamless operations and team satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Human Resources Management, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Relations skills
• Expertise in Performance Management, Training & Development, and Organizational Development
• Knowledge of HR Operations, Payroll Management, and Compliance with labor laws
• Strong Communication, Problem-solving, and Interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in an HR or People Operations role within a dynamic organization is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in fostering inclusive work environments and promoting workplace culture will be valued
