About Speedopus Global

Speedopus Global is a growing technology and product-focused company working across AI, technology, consulting, research, and business solutions.

We are building our team with people who want to take ownership, learn quickly, and contribute beyond a narrowly defined job description.

We are looking for someone who can grow with us and take responsibility for people, operations, coordination, and relationships.

About the Role

This is not a traditional HR internship.

You will work closely with the core team and get hands-on exposure to multiple areas of a growing company, including:

  • Recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Candidate communication and interview coordination
  • Onboarding and employee documentation
  • Team coordination and people operations
  • Client and partner communication
  • Maintaining professional relationships
  • Scheduling meetings and follow-ups
  • Internal communication and coordination
  • Supporting company events, initiatives, and projects
  • Maintaining trackers, records, and operational documentation
  • Assisting with policies, processes, and internal systems
  • Supporting the leadership team with day-to-day operational activities
  • Identifying gaps in processes and helping improve them

As the company grows, the scope of the role can grow with you.

Who Can Apply

We are particularly open to:

  • College students looking for meaningful industry experience
  • Recent graduates and freshers
  • Candidates looking to build experience after a career break
  • People transitioning into HR, operations, business, or management
  • Individuals who want practical startup experience
  • Candidates who are comfortable learning by doing

You do not need extensive prior HR experience.

What matters more is your ability to communicate, take ownership, learn quickly, and get things done.

What We Look For

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Professional approach to communication
  • Good organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ownership mentality
  • Willingness to learn independently
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Basic understanding of professional communication and documentation
  • Comfortable working remotely
  • Ability to use tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, email, and communication platforms

You Will Get Exposure To

This role can give you practical exposure to:

People & HR → Recruitment → Operations → Client Coordination → Business Communication → Startup Management

You will work with real processes, real candidates, real clients/partners, and real business situations rather than only theoretical HR tasks.

Compensation & Growth

We want to be transparent about the structure.

The initial engagement will be an unpaid learning and evaluation period of approximately 3–6 months.

The exact duration will depend on the candidate's profile, contribution, consistency, performance, and role requirements.

Candidates who demonstrate strong ownership and meaningful contribution during this period may be considered for a paid role/paid engagement, with compensation determined based on the role, responsibilities, and performance.

This opportunity is particularly suitable for students and early-career candidates who are looking to build substantial practical experience and a strong professional track record.

Why Join Us

  • Work directly with a growing company
  • Gain practical experience beyond traditional HR
  • Work across HR, operations, and business coordination
  • Build professional communication skills
  • Understand how a startup actually operates
  • Take ownership of real responsibilities
  • Build a portfolio of practical work and achievements
  • Opportunity to grow into a larger role as the company grows

Important

This role requires ownership rather than simply completing assigned tasks.

If you are someone who says:

I don't know how to do this yet, but I'll figure it out.
