Role Overview
Nasuni is hiring a People Operations & Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our growing Hyderabad Innovation Center and global hiring efforts.
This role sits at the intersection of HR operations, Talent Management, and Recruiting Coordination, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates, hiring managers, and employees. You will play a critical role in enabling global hiring processes, supporting HR programs, and coordinating onsite and virtual experiences.
This role is ideal for someone early in their Human Resources career who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys coordination and execution, and wants exposure to global HR and recruiting operations.

- Level & Scope Definition
- Ownership: Executes and coordinates HR operations and Talent workflows across systems, process, and stakeholders
- Autonomy: Works independently on defined processes; escalates complex issues
- Decision-Making: Prioritization of tasks, scheduling logistics, stakeholder coordination
- Impact: Supports Global People Operations and Hyderabad Talent Management across Hyderabad, US, and EMEA teams
- Collaboration: Works closely with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Benefits, Hiring Managers, and leadership
Responsibilities
People Operations Support
- Support India HR processes including onboarding facilitation, documentation, offboarding/exit clearances and employee lifecycle coordination.
- Responsible for the end-to-end Background Verification Process with the empaneled vendor.
- Co-ordinate with the senior HRIS personnel in UKG to get important reports out to stakeholders. (Leave/Headcount/Payroll/Ad hoc Reports)
- Generate and manage employment and invitation letters in line with defined processes and compliance requirements.
- Help maintain employee records at UKG timely and with accuracy, reporting, and compliance documentation for supporting audits.
- Support employee health insurance benefits monthly coordination for endorsements, and insurance claim related reporting activities with multiple stakeholders in India.
- Organize site level monthly townhalls
Event & Office Coordination
- Be the ambassador for monthly Employee Engagement Calendar
- Coordinate campus hiring events, office events, and recruiting activities
- Manage meeting logistics, room scheduling, and visitor coordination
- Support global team visits and leadership events in Hyderabad
Reporting & Process Support
- Maintain data accuracy across HR and recruiting systems
- Build basic reports using Excel or similar tools
- Be competent on using AI for Excel and Power point
- Identify opportunities to improve coordination workflows and efficiency
Talent Acquisition Coordination
- Schedule interviews across multiple time zones (India, US, EMEA)
- Coordinate with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers to ensure a smooth interview process
- Manage Greenhouse ATS workflows (e.g., Greenhouse or other similar systems)
- Help Hiring Managers and Leadership create and open new roles in Greenhouse.
- Work on assigned projects that cover a wide variety of Recruitment Marketing, Operations, and Automation.
- Welcome and support onsite interview candidates and visiting interviewers
AI & Tool Utilization
- Use AI-enabled tools (e.g., scheduling assistants, content drafting, workflow automation) to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Apply judgment in validating AI-generated outputs in HR and recruiting workflows
Qualifications
Must-Have Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in HR coordination, recruiting coordination, or generalist operations
- Experience scheduling interviews or coordinating across multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Experience working with digital tools (ATS, HRIS, or similar systems)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Greenhouse, UKG, or similar ATS/HRIS platforms. We can train you on Greenhouse/UKG etc.
- Exposure to global teams or multi-time zone coordination. Some time-shift may be required when coordinating with the US HQ.
- Experience supporting HR operations or employee lifecycle processes
- Experience using AI tools for productivity (e.g., scheduling, documentation, reporting)
Ideal Qualifications
- Experience in a SaaS or high-growth technology company. The key is someone who enjoys a fast pace environment.
- Exposure to HR projects (e.g., job architecture, reporting, benefits coordination)
- Experience supporting campus hiring or large-scale recruiting events
Experience Guidelines
- Total Experience: 1–4 years
- Relevant Experience:
- 1–3 years in coordination roles (HR, recruiting, or operations)
- Experience with HR or recruiting tools preferred but not required
- Plus skills include academic studies in HR, Industrial Organization, Org Design, Business, Hospitality, Recruiting, or even Sales Support.
