About the Role:

As a People and Operations Consultant, you will play a key role in driving smooth and compliant business operations while fostering a positive employee experience across assigned market(s). This is a hands-on role that combines operational excellence with people-focused initiatives. You will manage contracts, compliance, documentation, and process improvements, while also supporting HR-related activities to enhance engagement and efficiency. The role requires strong execution, problem-solving, and process optimization skills, with an emphasis on collaboration and delivering practical solutions. This is an individual contributor position.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Compliance & Administration

  • Draft & process contracts for independent consultants, clients, partners & vendors
  • Facilitate background checks and ensure compliance with legal & regulatory requirements
  • Handle global mobility tasks, including work visa applications, relocations, and tax compliance for independent consultants
  • Organise & maintain key consultant, client and company documentation
  • Any other Operations-related deliverables

Process Execution & Optimisation

  • Implement & refine operational processes to improve efficiency
  • Automate manual workflows to reduce administrative burden
  • Keep systems & records updated to ensure accurate tracking & reporting

People Initiatives & Employee Lifecycle

  • Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, engagement, and offboarding
  • Drive Great Place to Work (GPW) initiatives and other culture-building programs to enhance employee experience
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives across markets
  • Any other People-related deliverables

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum 2 years of total work experience, with exposure to HR and Operations
  • Analytical, strong attention to detail and ability to work with structured data
  • Loves processes, data accuracy, and continuous improvement
  • Excellent command of English (both written & verbal)
  • Highly proactive, demonstrates strong ownership
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment (strong sense of ownership, motivated, adaptable, resourceful, tenacious, etc.)
  • Passionate about the future of work, disruptive talent models, and deliver an amazing experience for independent talent
  • Strong stakeholder and project management skills
  • Demonstrates problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously
